Stamford Art Festival at Harbor Point, Stamford, CT
July 26 - 27, 2025
Saturday 10 – 5, Sunday 10 – 5 StamfordArtFestival.org
Newly developed, Harbor Point is a mecca of shops, restaurants and living space overlooking the beautiful Stamford Harbor. The venue is stunning and impressive. This will be the 9th year for this event and will follow the weekend after the new Lenox Summer Art Festival and be based on the Bruce Museum shows in Greenwich, CT.
As a museum quality juried Fine Art and Fine Crafts Festival, all works exhibited must be hand made and created by the artist. The Artist must be present to represent their artwork for both days of the two day Art Festival. Stamford Art Festival is a free community arts event. Bios, education and demos are strongly encouraged and free art materials are made available to inspire new artists and patrons.
All media is acceptable. Categories will be limited to ensure a
well balanced show and a fair art market.
Prints are allowed but must make up less than 15% of work exhibited and be clearly marked.
All works must be juried in the category you are applying for.
Jewelry must be handmade and not mainly imported or manufactured components. No straight beaded jewelry or buy/sell is allowed. Violators will be asked to remove any unjuried work and may be asked to leave. Please do not show additional media if you did not jury for that category as well.
Displays must be attractive and crowd proof. Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own display and all exhibit equipment. As we are Harbor side and it can be breezy, all tents must be properly weighted. Bring WEIGHTS. Seriously, bring weights to this show.
There are sprinklers on site, so there can be NO STAKING DOWN. You will be displaying on a flat pristine lawn, sidewalk or flat boardwalk overlooking the harbor.
There will be Friday Afternoon and Saturday Morning Set-up.
You will be able to off load and load in, nearby, but you may wish to bring a hand truck.
Security is provided from Friday and Saturday nights, you are at your own risk.
Do not leave valuables in your booth over night.
Overnight vehicle parking is allowed on site.
The show is pet friendly to friendly pets.
If you have any questions please contact us.
Thank you for your application and for sharing your art with us.
